Performance and Portfolio Management Solutions

Assessing outcome risk across a Programme Portfolio really boils down to three variables; strength of activity estimation – scope, cost, etc., quality of the resources deployed and the accuracy of the input and outcome assumptions used e.g. benefits case and realisation plan.

Using experienced PMO and Programme Managers, we work with clients to gather data on the current health and outlook of programmes. We work alongside sponsors, project managers and the business to build an objective and independent status picture using a simple set of KPI’s. These help us to flag areas for investigation where the data appears abnormal e.g. unrealistic roll-out schedules or RoI expectations.

Our approach uses a cloud based Portfolio and PPM tool to capture hard and soft data that we then use to benchmark programmes and projects. Our deliverables include advice and priority intervention plans to reduce risk and increase the probability of achieving target outcomes.
